Learn how to quickly close multiple support tickets in Cuppa using bulk actions. This guide walks you through the workflow to streamline your inbox and focus on active conversations.
You can quickly multi-select tickets and mark them as closed to keep your inbox focused on active conversations. This is useful for clearing out resolved, low-priority, or duplicate messages without opening them individually.
When to use bulk close
Use this workflow when:
You've reviewed and resolved multiple tickets.
You’re cleaning up spam, auto-replies, or low-priority inquiries.
You want to reduce noise in your Open or Assigned views.
How to close multiple tickets
Open your inbox Go to any inbox or filtered view (Support, Triage, My Inbox).
Select tickets Hover over tickets in the list and check the box on the left. Select as many as needed.
Mark as closed Once tickets are selected, a bulk action toolbar appears. Click “Mark tickets as closed.”
Confirm The selected tickets will be moved to Closed, and removed from your current view.
Tips
Closed tickets are still searchable using filters in the Tickets section.
You can combine this action with tags to batch-process specific types of messages.
Ideal for handling resolved tickets after triage or spam review.
